*Starting the New Year
GENTLE YOGA (beginner friendly): A great introduction to yoga and provides a gentle reentry to body conditioning. The class offers traditional Inegyar inspired hatha yoga instruction with an emphasis on proper alignment, breathing, gentle stretching, and stress relieving poses. $10 per class or $40 for 5 classes.
RESTORATIVE AROMA YOGA: This class gently restores the body and mind. A restorative yoga class typically involves only five or six poses. Students are supported by props that allow for relaxation & rest. Poses are held for 5 minutes or more. Restorative poses may include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. It’s a great way to re-set the nervous system and to honor and care for your body. This class uses essential oils. $10 per class or $40 for 5 classes.
