Our Precious Pollinator workshop was a well attended success! Residential Horticultural Extension agent Alyssa Vinson led another amazing talk and walk through our butterfly garden focused on how to incorporate pollinator-friendly practices in your home garden.  Then, we made bee boxes using the bamboo from the park to make habitats for native bees. This workshop was a partnership between the Palma Sola Botanical Park, UF/IFAS Extension Manatee County, and the Manatee County Agricultural Museum.
